1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Assistant Manager website located at theassistantmanager.ai and its related services (the "Service"), operated by The Assistant Manager ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Assistant Manager provides AI-powered recommendations and tools for Fantasy Premier League ("FPL") managers, including but not limited to lineup recommendations, transfer suggestions, captain picks, and gameweek reports. The Service is informational only and does not guarantee any particular result in the FPL game.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or fraudulent information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service;
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our prior written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

6. Relationship with the Premier League and FPL

The Assistant Manager is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or their operators. The Premier League name, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Our Service uses publicly available FPL data to generate recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are the property of The Assistant Manager or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Advertisements

The Service may display third-party advertisements, including those served by Google AdSense. We do not endorse any products or services advertised. Your interactions with any advertiser are solely between you and the advertiser, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the recommendations it produces will result in any particular FPL outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Assistant Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
